Xiaomi Account is a centralized authorization system that allows access to the Xiaomi ecosystem of devices and services with a single account. It enables syncing contacts, notes, gallery, settings, passwords, and other data between Xiaomi smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The account also allows managing subscriptions, smart home devices (Mi Home), phone security (device search, lock, and data wipe), and in some firmware versions — backup to Mi Cloud.

- Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
- If you hit a signature conflict, uninstall the old app version and try again.
- After install, open the app and confirm the version in its about screen.
