HyperOS Cloud Backup is the official app for backing up data to Xiaomi Cloud. It allows saving contacts, messages, photos, system settings, and other important data with recovery options. On global versions of HyperOS, the app’s functionality is significantly limited — some features may be unavailable or require regional binding to China. In some firmware versions, the app is preinstalled but inactive.

Installation

  1. Download the APK from the link on this page (or open the Telegram post).
  2. Allow installs from unknown sources if Android asks.
  3. Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
  4. If you hit a signature conflict, uninstall the old app version and try again.
  5. After install, open the app and confirm the version in its about screen.

Files are indexed from public HyperOS / Xiaomi builds and community mirrors. Otree.pro is not affiliated with Xiaomi; the original release and device settings remain authoritative.

CN and Global/EEA/RU builds use different packages and services. Install the region that matches your device firmware, or you may hit signature conflicts.
