The Package Installer is a core HyperOS component responsible for installing, updating, and removing apps. It processes APK files, displays the install UI, and verifies digital signatures for security. When installing third-party apps, this component displays warnings, requests permissions, and tracks installation progress. It also handles system app updates and integrates with permission and security systems. If damaged or removed, app installation may become impossible.

Installation
- Download the APK from the link on this page (or open the Telegram post).
- Allow installs from unknown sources if Android asks.
- Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
- If you hit a signature conflict, uninstall the old app version and try again.
- After install, open the app and confirm the version in its about screen.

CN and Global/EEA/RU builds use different packages and services. Install the region that matches your device firmware, or you may hit signature conflicts.
