Mi Service is a HyperOS system app for sending bug reports, collecting user experience data, and receiving technical support from Xiaomi. It automatically gathers logs and diagnostics during crashes and also offers an interface for manual feedback and support requests. The app may also participate in quality improvement programs by sending anonymized system and app performance data if the user consents in the privacy settings.

Installation
- Download the APK from the link on this page (or open the Telegram post).
- Allow installs from unknown sources if Android asks.
- Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
- If you hit a signature conflict, uninstall the old app version and try again.
- After install, open the app and confirm the version in its about screen.
Files are indexed from public HyperOS / Xiaomi builds and community mirrors. Otree.pro is not affiliated with Xiaomi; the original release and device settings remain authoritative.
CN and Global/EEA/RU builds use different packages and services. Install the region that matches your device firmware, or you may hit signature conflicts.
